Our story
Built by drivers, for drivers
CarXcel was founded in London in 2018 by a team of travel and logistics professionals who were tired of the complicated, overpriced and unreliable car rental experiences that were standard across the UK.
We built CarXcel around three simple ideas: fair transparent pricing, a genuinely easy booking process and vehicles that are actually ready to drive when you arrive to collect them.
Today we operate from over 40 pickup locations across England, Scotland and Wales, with a fleet of more than 500 vehicles ranging from city runabouts to executive saloons and family SUVs.
